About The Cover
Cellular localization of p53 full length and its deletion mutants. MCF-7 cells were transfected with p53 constructs to overexpress p53 full length or its domain deletion mutants. p53-DsRed2 transfected cells labeled with anti-mtHsp70 were visualized by confocal microscope. See Trinh et al. Direct interaction between p53 and Tid1 proteins affects p53 mitochondrial localization and apoptosis. (pp. 399)
