Fibroblasts over-expressing MFF show mitochondrial dysfunction. In Figure 2B of
Guido et al, MitoTracker staining was performed in control (Lv-105, shown) and MFF-fibroblasts kept under hypoxia for 6 hours (0.5% O2).
